All consulting work will be completed under a formally prepared business contract. The agreement will be mutually agreed to, and signed by an authorized legal representative of each party, prior to any services being provided. The contract will be prepared exclusively by SRP Consulting Group, LLC. This means no business or associated lawyer may alter the agreement, provide an alternative agreement, or attempt to find fault in any of the wording in the contact provided. The contract must be fully accepted or completely declined by clients. Any possible adjustments to the agreement will result in a new contract agreement being prepared and presented.
Transportation Costs
Ground and/or Air, Travel Time, Accommodations, Meal Expenses, etc.
All Regional Automobile Tavel is subject to $.75 per-mile charge, & $75 per-hour time lost opportunities expense prorated. Expenses related to meals, snacks, or other small necessities will be included on the invoice, in addition.
Air Travel to any destination is available to clients. All air travel will be directly arranged by SRP Consulting Group, LLC, this includes flight selection, times, airline, direct flights, and other personal preferences of the company. Careful attention will be given to reduce airfare travel expenses as much as possible, however given our background in aviation, we would prefer to handle our own travel. All flights will be booked as first class, with all additional fees related to meals, drinks, entertainment, and other convince items will be invoiced to the client. This would also include all lost opportunity costs of $75 per hour of travel, and meal expenses, beverages, and other small items. Transportation too and from the airport will be depended on the the individual situation. If departing from Pittsburgh International, requiring long term parking, clients will be billed $65 a day for long term parking fees. If a rental car is required the following section will cover the requirements. All of these costs will be extensively itemized and provided on the next applicable invoice provided to the client.
If a rental car is required, the client will be applicable for the entire cost of rentals, including additional insurance coverage, for the entire length of time in which services are required. We will arrange the rental service, and will pick the class of rental car. We require a "Premium”, "Premium Elite”, "Luxury Premium”, " Luxury Elite”, or "Elite" level SUV, depending upon local availability. The typical cost of such a rental is between $100 to $200 per-day, with fuel costs being included.
